Finding a call number for an item on hold
Find a call number to locate an item on the hold shelf
Find the Alma dropdown
Click on the Alma dropdown.
Open the Manage Patron Services screen
Under Fulfillment and Checkout/Checkin select Manage Patron Services.
Bring up the patron's account
- Type in last name, first name
- Scan ID
- Type in account/barcode number
Click Go.
Find the requests tab
Click on the Requests tab to find a hold. To find the call number of an item on hold, click on the number link listed under Place in Queue.
Find the call number
The call number is listed in the upper pane below the title and location. The Destination column lists the pickup location.
