Documentation that is general enough to apply to any EUL library will be named by activity, e.g. Suppress a Bib Record; documentation that represents a library's specific, local practice will be preceded by the short name of the library, e.g. Woodruff - Gift Book Collections.

Adding and Removing Items from a Temporary Location

Open the Alma menu and select "Scan in Items" from the Resource Requests menu.

Open the Scan In Items Menu

Change Item Information to Temporary Location

Open the Change Item Information Tab.
Choose the location to which you would like to change your items.
Scan items into "Scan item barcode" box.

Change Item Information to Temporary Location

Result

Your items are now in a temporary location.

Restore Item Information from Temporary Location

Change Type to Restore.
Scan items into "Scan item barcode" box.

Restore Item Information from Temporary Location

Result

Your items are now restored from their temporary location.
