Documentation that is general enough to apply to any EUL library will be named by activity, e.g. Suppress a Bib Record; documentation that represents a library's specific, local practice will be preceded by the short name of the library, e.g. Woodruff - Gift Book Collections.

Import Profiles: "Receive Item" Box is Checked

Receive Item box is checked = item is Received upon import job running

"When selected, the items are received but are kept in the department and must still be scanned in and marked done in Acquisitions > Post-Receiving Processing > Scan. Alma treats this as a work order."

Scan into Circ Desk (make item "available" on shelf)

Change your location to University Circulation

Scan into Circ Desk (make item "available" on shelf)

Acquisitions --> Scan In Items

Scan into Circ Desk (make item "available" on shelf)

Set Work Order Type to Technical Services
Set status to Technical services (default, auto-assigned)
Set Done to Yes
Scan in Barcode and click OK
