Find recent activity on a specific item
Type in title or item information in the Persistent Search box.
Other ways to find item
This search functions as a keyword search. In the Repository Search, you can also select Physical Titles -> Permanent Call Number -> Contains - enter call number to search by LC call number.
Find specific item in search results
Select Items under the appropriate result.
Click on the approrpriate barcode or Actions -> View
Select the History tab
Fulfillment Activities lists loans and returns.
- Desk name: location of action
- Operator: staff who performed action (click on icon for more info)
- Date: date of action
- Borrower name: name of patron had item on loan
- Borrower id: identifier of patron
Item Changes lists changes to record (i.e. barcode) and process types such as loan, hold shelf, transit, etc.
