Apply a Work Order Using "Scan In Items"

Make sure you're at the Tech Services location, particularly if you have access to more than one location.

From the Alma menu, choose Scan In Items (under Fulfillment).

Choose the type of work order status you want to apply. Leave Done set to No.

Scan or type in barcode and click OK.

The item will appear below with a checkmark, and Technical Services will display underneath Request/Process Type.

The item will show up in a Title search as (1 copy, 0 available).

If you view the item, the Status will show up as Item not in place, and the Process Type will show the code number (but not name) of the work order type.
