Location and work orders

Marking and physical processing

  • Route to Marking to stamp, strip, mark and take off work orders as usual.
  • No bookplates are needed, unless specifically noted on paperwork accompanying the item.
  • Place irregular or small size documents in envelopes. Add barcode to item and outside of envelope as usual.
  • Route items in questionable condition to Preservation for review.
