Documentation that is general enough to apply to any EUL library will be named by activity, e.g. Suppress a Bib Record; documentation that represents a library's specific, local practice will be preceded by the short name of the library, e.g. Woodruff - Gift Book Collections.

Adding DVD Holdings

Open your bib record in the MD Editor and click the Add Holdings button (or CTRL + ALT + H)

Edit the holding

Add a 4 to the first indicator
Replace the text in the field with: $$b MUSME $$c MEDIA

Edit the holding

Click Save (or CTRL + S)

Click the Add Item button (or Alt + I)

You don't need to change or add anything here. Save the item record (or CTRL + S)

Click on View Items

Click on Actions --> Edit

Click on Actions --> Edit

To add the In Process work order, click the arrow next to Process type and choose Technical Services

Woodruff Technical Services location will autofill. Click Save (or CTRL + S)

Now the item will show as Not in Place with a work order status of In Process.
