Updating Fund Grace Period
How to add FY grace period rules to be able to use funds around the beginning or the end of the fiscal year.
Go to the funds
Go to the ledger
These rules at the bottom of the fund determine the grace period around the FY for the ledger
This is what the rule set for a fund may look like
- You can either manually enter the grace period parameters
- OR you can click on Restore Rules Information to apply the ledger rules
In case 2 click confirm
Click Save to save the rules or Cancel to restore the original null values
