Consolidating Multiple Bibs with Attached POs
Click "More Info" on the record you want to delete.
Click on the number next to Orders
Click "Change Bib Reference"
Click "Confirm"
Search for the new bib you want to attach the PO to (default search settings are for the same title phrase and ISBN).
You can search by MMSID by deleting those conditions and "Add Condition --> MMSID"
Click the radio button next to the bib you want to attach the PO to and click "Select"

If you look at the bib you want to delete, you will see it no longer has a PO attached
Click on "Items" for that same bib (the one you want to delete)
Actions --> Edit
Click the broom icon on the PO Line box to get rid of the existing PO line.
Click the dropdown menu next to Process Type and choose the blank line to get rid of any existing work orders.
Save. Now the item has no PO Line or work order status and the bib, holdings, and item can be deleted.
Back
Click "Edit" on the bib record (the one you want to delete)
File --> Delete Record
