Woodruff - Physical Locations
How to Determine Item's Physical Location
- Check if a book has a flag (e.g. Ref., LSC, etc. and assign a location accordingly)
- For standing orders check acquisitions notes
- For subsequent volumes of multi-volume sets, assign the same location as a previous volume/volumes.
- Books in the M-MX LC call number range get cataloged for the Music & Media library (in library MUSME). Read this instruction before assigning a location.
- Location of other physical books cataloged for Woodruff Book Stacks is determined based on their size
