Apply a Work Order Using "Scan In Items"
Make sure you're at the Tech Services location, particularly if you have access to more than one location.
From the Alma menu, choose Scan In Items (under Fulfillment).

The item will appear below with a checkmark, and Technical Services will display underneath Request/Process Type.
If you view the item, the Status will show up as Item not in place, and the Process Type will show the code number (but not name) of the work order type.
From the Alma menu, choose Manage In Process Items to see all items with a Tech Services work order status.

All items that have Technical Services work orders will show up from the Manage In Process Items screen.
You can narrow the list if you only want to see what is In Cataloging, for example.
