Change a Work Order Status

Make sure you are "at" the department that manages the work orders you're looking for.

On the Alma Home Page, click on Items - In Department under Tasks.

A list of all the items with Work Order statuses in the department will come up.

You can narrow down the list by choosing the type of work order status you are interested in.

Check the box(es) next to the items that you want to change the work order status.

Choose the status you want the item to be changed to and click Change Status.

DON'T click Done - this will remove the status and put the item In Transit to the Circ Desk.
