Woodruff - Books for Music & Media
Books in the M LC call number range get cataloged for the Music & Media library (in MUSME).
OCLC EMU (Woodruff) holdings do not need to be changed.
Books with accompanying media are treated the same way as books for Woodruff stacks.
- The media is kept in the book.
- The number of pieces is updated in an item record.
- The number of pieces is added to the fulfillment note (media + book = 2 pieces)
- The book is sent to preservation to secure the media if needed.
- Locations for music books and scores are assigned based on dimensions.
