If you edit one of the records you will find the following option in the Metadata Editor

Clicking on the check mark will remove the suppression

You can see the record is suppressed, save the record

You can see the record is suppressed, save the record

Now you can see the record is unsuppressed

Now you can see the record is unsuppressed

Of course you can use the same too suppress records
